We purchased Grand National from Steve and Debbie Reid, Talbalba Hereford Stud in QLD, four years ago and his impact at Truro will be felt for many years to come. His daughters are amongst the best in the stud, with one of the best bulls we’ve ever had by him being Lot 4, Cassius Clay.

By the great Yarram Park M629. Yogi was the best son we bred and thus we kept him. He is a massive bull, with his progeny showing great growth and muscling and maternally excellent. His first daughters have calved and we are very excited with the results. Good tight udders with short teats and great quality of milk.

Purchased on a cow that at Toolangatta Dispersal. Impulse will long be remembered when others are forgotten. We’ve always loved his progeny – bulls for their great muscle expression and females for their great maternal attributes. The Impulse females are exceptional, Impulse on Breedplan has just gone to +21 for milk. This is very exciting as they have very tight udders with short teats and obviously terrific quality of milk. He has left a great set of young cows at Truro.
